Good Morning. I provided some dietary tips a while back; now, I'll offer some exercise advice. Due to injury and illness, I haven't been able to work out for almost three years. I started exercising again a week ago. Needed equipment? A sink. I use my kitchen sink, but the bathroom sink will work as well. Stand in front of it, grab hold of it, and do quarter/half squats. Then place your hands on top of it and do quarter/half pushups. I started with 20 reps of each a week ago, adding 5 each time I came into the kitchen. Yesterday I did 100 of each. Today, I will do two sets of 105 for each. No gym, no equipment, no travel! It works; I feel much stronger, and the added leg strength has helped me regain my balance. Just do squats and pushups. If you tense your abdominal and back muscles while doing pushups, it's like doing isometrics for those muscles. Easy workout, quick, with the fridge right there to reward yourself when you're done. Good luck with it. Warmest regards, stay safe and well, best from Bob
